I find that extreme sports are good for free for when you're stressed because in doing so generate releasing adrenaline and then gives you a very satisfying relaxation. In that sense this type of activity is fun and good, but there is a downside that would be the risk you run when making these types of activities, or also to generate a lot of adrenaline and you haven't good health, will cause trouble, and that would ruin everything, but as a responsible person must go to the doctor and check that all is well in order to do extreme sports.
